KLICKITAT
RIVER
A tributary of the Columbia River, the Klickitat flows through a pine and oak forested canyon on it's journey from Mt. Adams to the Columbia River Gorge in south central Washington. One of Washington's top summer steelhead streams, the Klickitat produces good numbers of both wild and hatchery steelhead weighing between 6 and 14 lbs. This medium-sized stream has an abundance of good fly water and surprisingly receives very little pressure from other anglers. The day is spent floating the river in a drift boat and stopping along the way to wade and fish through the most productive water. For those who prefer not to wade, spending the day fishing from the boat is a nice option.
RATES
Full day float trips 8-9 hours, lunch and flies provided.
1 angler $325
2 anglers $400
